After a gap in the US range the VT600C returned for 1991 essentially unchanged, keeping the 583 cc three-valve, twin-plug V-twin, four-speed gearbox, chain drive and hidden-shock hardtail-style rear end. Early in this run it was offered in black only. For 1993 Honda added a Deluxe version with more chrome on the engine and a softer, tucked seat.
